So --what have I done --have no idea how this works just wanted a place to write down my thoughts as they come to me. As you can see by my age the use of computers is fascinating to my generation. How exciting to be able to record your thoughts and invite others to comment.
First a little about myself. I am going thru what I can post menopausal issues -- aging in theory but feeling this is probably the best part of my life. I am not forgetting the wonderful years of having three sons and watching them evolve into beautiful, caring, honest, thoughtful, amazing men with families I adore. My husband of 42 years is a big part of that development. But now is the time I can do things I never thought I would do....only dreamed. This blog and my quilting is a big part of that.
But that is enough for now - stay tuned as I try to do some major changing in my life style -- Including changing the way I think about "FOOD" which is the root of all my stress right now.
